To all our wonderful clients

Preparations for our reopening are now in full swing and we have a few more details we wanted to pass on to you all so you are kept fully informed.

As a salon, we are fully committed to the health and welfare of not only our team members, but also each and every client who may step through our doors. In light of this, we have sourced as much PPE as possible, in order to ensure we can achieve a clean and healthy environment for your return to us. Unfortunately, in the current climate, we have seen prices sky rocket as the demand has become competitive for many of the products we would normally use in the salon, as well as the new added extras we believe will be required. In light of this, we have made the difficult decision that we will be increasing our prices in order to ensure we can open with all the necessary PPE in place.

As demand for appointments will be at an all time high, we are taking the decision to temporarily suspend any offers and discounts we previously had running. This is due to staff rotas, working hours and being able to adequately provide the correct timings for all appointments. We shall review this at a later date and we hope that we will be able to see the return of our select offers in the future.

Due to social distancing, we are temporarily suspending appointments for children under the age of 15. As space is limited in the salon, we cannot accommodate parents and their children and therefore the decision has been taken that there will be no appointments for children under the age of 15 and that those aged 15 and over will have to attend on their own. Parents are welcome to wait outside the shop whilst their child has their service completed.

Priority for appointments will be allocated to those who had an appointment already in our books for the period we have been closed. We will allocate a similar time and day (as best we can) and then advise of you of this appointment. If you are unable to attend, we can then offer you an alternative that suits. This process will begin in June.

Standing appointments for blowdrys will currently stand however, timings for these will have to be amended in order to adhere to social distancing rules. If you have a standing blow-dry appointment, we will contact you to discuss the timing changes.

Once pre booked appointments have been filled, we will advise clients that our book is open for appointments for those that wish to make one. This will be via telephone only, online booking will be suspended.

We will no longer have a waiting area in our salon. Clients will be asked to arrive promptly for their appointment and be greeted by their stylist upon arrival. Because we must ensure social distancing between clients, it is imperative to arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will no longer be able to complete your service and a new appointment will need to be made for another date and time.

Due to car parking issues, we advise clients to arrive early for their appointment to ensure they have time to park but to remain in their vehicle until their allotted time.

Appointment times will be extended to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the salon and equipment between each client and also allow us to monitor how many people are in the salon at any one time.

There will no longer be refreshments or magazines available at the salon. This is to minimise handling of items by clients and team.

We will no longer be able to hang your coat for you so if you do feel the need to bring a jacket with you, we ask that you hold onto this whilst your service is completed.

We are asking all clients to wear their own mask/face covering when attending the salon and for the duration of their visit. Please ensure you bring this with you when arriving for your appointment.

If you have been experiencing any of the symptoms of Covid-19, you MUST NOT attend the salon and call us to rearrange your service.

At this time, we request that you attend the salon on your own. We will no longer be able to accommodate children and partners whilst you have your service completed. If your partner is needed to drive you to the salon, we ask that they remain in their vehicle whilst they
wait for you.

All colour clients will be offered a telephone consultation prior to their appointment. Due to the amount of time that has passed, many clients may find they need a different service to that which they usually have. Your colourist will inform of the what they feel is required and also quote an estimated price for that service.

Because of social distancing, we will not be able to accept walk in clients for the time being. This means that all appointments must be made in advance. We would strongly advise booking your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure you receive the appointment best suited to you. Appointments will be in high demand and therefore this is the best way to guarantee your next visit.
